These blended coffees are both natural/dry processed and wet mill-washed/sun-dried. These techniques are friendly to the environment, the rain forests, and the living creatures of the high-elevation mountains where these coffees are grown.

I ordered the house blend to support the local shelter where our newest rescue came from (and also obviously to try the coffee). I have a Nespresso machine and I make my own pods with my coffee. I used this one and it is very good. Smooth, not bitter and fresh. Delicious. Can't wait to try another when this one's gone!

Not too weak...not too bold....just right. Perfect balance of rich flavor and smooth finish. Could smell that it was very fresh. Will buy again.
