Shipping Info

Free Shipping With $59+ Order

We currently ship to addresses in Texas only.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

Orders in Texas will typically arrive within 1-3 days after they are shipped.

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email where you can click " View your order" to check the status of your order.

A shipment confirmation email will also be sent to the email associated with your account/order and will include a link to track the progress of your shipment.

You can also sign In to your account and select the "Orders" tab to access order tracking:

1. Click the "View Details" tab for the order that you would like to track.

2. Click the "Order Status Page" to view order details and tracking info.

Easy Reorder

To Reorder previously purchased items, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account to view your order history in the "Orders" tab.

2. Click the "Reorder" button to reorder all items from any previous order. Items and quantities can be edited in your shopping cart prior to checking out.

If your prefer, you can click the item images to open the full detailed item pages on our website. Items may then be reordered directly from the item's product page.

If you would like to add new items to your reorder, simply add them to the shopping cart prior to checking out.

If you have not already created an account, click "Create account" to do so. Be sure to enter the same email address used on your previous orders.

Subscriptions

There are several ways to access your Subscription Dashboard:

1. Sign in to your Customer Account and click the "Manage Subscriptions" tab, which will access your Subscription Dashboard.

If you have not already created an account, click "Create account" to do so. Be sure to enter the same email address used on your subscription order.

OR

2. You may also use the "View subscription" link found in any of the subscription confirmation and subscription reminder emails sent to you.

In the Subscription Dashboard you can:

1. change item quantities

2. remove items

3. add items - add to subscription or add one-time to next delivery only

4. skip deliveries

5. change next delivery date, or place order now instead of waiting for next reorder date

6. change delivery interval

7. update shipping or billing info

8. update your email address

9. pause subscription

9. cancel subscription

In your Subscription Dashboard, you have the ability to have your next scheduled subscription delivery processed right away. You can also adjust the quantity of each item, as well as the delivery interval between subscription deliveries.

Go to your Subscription Dashboard and select the subscription you would like to manage.

To Ship Your Next Scheduled Delivery Right Away, click the "Place order now" button.

To Change Item Quantities, click "Edit" in the Items field and update the quantities.

To Change the Delivery Interval between subscription reorders, follow these steps:

1. Click "Edit" in the Subscription field at the top of the dashboard where Repeats every X weeks is shown.

2. Select desired weekly interval.

Sure! You can add new items or remove items anytime.

Go to your Subscription Dashboard and select the subscription you would like to manage.

To Add or Remove Items, follow these steps:

1. In the "Items" field, click the "Edit" button.

2. To Add A New Item, click the "Add item" button and use the popup to select the item you would like to add to your subscription or add one-time to your next delivery only. (If you do not see the item listed, enter the item name in the "Find products" search box.)

3. To Remove An Item, click "Remove" next to the item.

Go to your Subscription Dashboard and select the subscription you would like to manage.

To Skip A Delivery, or Change Scheduled Reorder Dates, follow these steps:

1. To Skip a Delivery, click "Skip delivery" for that scheduled delivery..

2. To Change Scheduled Reorder Date , click "Reschedule" and select the desired date from the popup calendar.

To Change the Delivery Interval between subscription reorders, follow these steps:

1. Click "Edit" in the Subscription field at the top of the dashboard where "Repeats every X weeks" is shown.

2. Select desired weekly interval.

Go to your Subscription Dashboard and select the subscription you would like to manage.

To Pause or Cancel your subscription follow these steps:

1. Click the "Pause my subscription" button to temporarily pause the subscription.

2. Click the "Cancel my subscription" button to cancel the subscription.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax as required by Texas law based upon the shipping address and type of products purchased.

Coffee beans are NOT subject to sales tax in Texas.

Dog treats & other merchandise items are taxable in Texas.

General Questions

We are located in Houston, Texas and ship orders from Houston, Texas.

About Our Coffee

Each 1 lb bag will make approx. 30 cups of coffee.

The actual amount will vary based on your preferences for amount of ground coffee used per cup brewed.

Whole Bean - The shelf life of an unopened bag is up to one year. Once opened, we suggest using within 90 days.

Ground - The shelf life of an unopened bag is up to three months. Once opened, we suggest using within 30 days.

Store coffee in a cool, dry place. Do not freeze your coffee as that will negatively impact the flavor and quality of the coffee.

Initially, we are sourcing our roasted coffee from an expert roasting partner who has been craft roasting small-batch premium coffee since 2009 using eco-friendly smokeless roasting technology.

We plan to begin roasting our own coffee at some point in late 2022 or early 2023. Details to follow later this year!

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from us, for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise that is returned to us, in unused condition, in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

In your return request inquiry, please include your name, order number, the products you would like to return and the reason for the return. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your return inquiry.

To receive a refund or an exchange, the product(s) must be returned at the customer’s expense.

Once a return shipment has been received, inspected and approved, we will contact you via email and issue a full refund for the returned items minus any discounts, promotional codes or coupons that were used at the time of purchase. All refunds are exclusive of shipping costs, which are non-refundable. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
